Silk Fabric Details

Close up views of the silk Fabrics used in my silk Christmas tree skirts. I prefer diamond stitched, quilted (three layer), upholstery quality fabrics which provide firm support for the decorations on your skirt while ensuring it will still remaining supple and feel good in your hands. Most upholstery grade fabrics are treated by the manufacturer to be stain-resistant and I recommend that all silk or poly silks be spot cleaned. Upholstery quality silk fabrics are rated to be wear-resistant and are an excellent choice for a long-wearing fabric.

Please note all fabrics are subject to availability. Some fabrics listed (Embroidered Cream and Embroidered Gold) are only available for the specific Design Element/s with which they are shown. The reverse side backing is a medium grade muslin and looks better lined. But, the choice will be yours. :-)
